Department Head / Team Leader Service Counter / Butchery (m/w/d)

At EDEKA Reinhardt, you work in a successful and growing company. The company has three markets in Winnenden and Backnang and is opening a new market in Berglen in September.

As a department head or team leader at the service counter, you take responsibility for the team, the goods, and delivering excellent service to customers.

• Overall Responsibility: You are responsible for all operational processes at the service counter and ensure efficient, structured management in daily business.

• Staff Management: You lead, motivate, and develop your team at the fresh counter, fostering a positive working atmosphere.

• Inventory Management: You continuously monitor stock levels and ensure products are available to meet demand.

• HACCP: Through structured processes and clear guidelines, you consistently maintain the highest hygiene standards at the service counter.

• Education: You have training as a specialist sales assistant, butcher, master butcher, chef, or equivalent.

• Knowledge: Ideally, you have professional and leadership experience at the fresh counter (meat, sausages, cheese, fish or bakery).

• Career Changers: We are happy to train career changers, such as chefs from the restaurant or hotel industry.

• Customer-Oriented Demeanour: Your strengths include friendliness, quality awareness, and communication skills.
