Europcar Mobility Group is a leading car rental company offering attractive alternatives to owning a car.
We are looking for a Customer Advisor/Salesperson on a part-time, permanent basis for our Munich location.
Candidates from other fields are welcome! You will receive comprehensive training and learn everything you need to hit the ground running.
Description
Renting out our vehicle fleet to customers
Advising and selling additional services
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as vehicle coordination and cash handling
Collaborating with the team in daily operations
Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Providing friendly on-site customer service
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with customers and having a friendly demeanour
Ideally, some experience in sales, hospitality, catering, retail, or a similar field
Fluent in German
Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn
Team spirit and good communication skills
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Interest in cars and mobility
Required driving license
