Greenkeeper (m/w/d)

We are Borussia Dortmund – a renowned football club and a large company with over 900 employees. Besides football, we operate in many other sectors. The BVB Stadionmanagement GmbH manages the SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and training pitches.

To strengthen our lawn team, we are looking for a Greenkeeper (m/w/d) in full-time (42 hours per week), starting immediately.

• Maintenance of lawns and green areas, such as mowing, fertilising, watering, overseeding, or scarifying

• Removal of leaves, weeds, litter, and grass clippings

• Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Preparation and maintenance of playing fields at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and the training ground

• Assembly and disassembly of goals, nets, corner flags, and other facilities

• Care of the pitches on home matchdays for professional and youth teams

• Completed training in gardening or landscaping, or experience in lawn care

• Manual dexterity and an aptitude for machinery

• Independent and well-organised working style

• Enjoyment of teamwork

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including matchdays, weekends, or evenings

• Driving licence class B (BE desirable)
