What to expect:

Begin your two-year training at BLOCK HOUSE and get to know all aspects of a modern restaurant – from the kitchen and grill to service. You will work directly within the team, take on responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally.

• Learn to professionally attend to guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks confidently.
• Actively contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team and gradually grow into your role.

What you bring:

• Enjoy interaction with guests and have a positive, friendly demeanour
• Initial school-leaving certificate (ESA) or equivalent
• Motivation, commitment, and ideally some practical experience in the hospitality or retail sector

Training framework & remuneration

Salaried remuneration (DEHOGA):
1st Year: €900 gross
2nd Year: €980 gross
• 26 vacation days per year
• Additional benefits: annual bonus, holiday pay, capital-forming benefits
• Duration of training: 2 years
