Completed training as a nurse or comparable qualification
Professional competence and willingness to learn in working with people with severe multiple disabilities
High level of empathy, resilience, and humour
Open to palliative care and interdisciplinary collaboration
The courage to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility
Willingness for shift and weekend work
Driving licence class B
Required driving license
