As a nurse, you are a vital part of our community, actively shaping the daily life and care of our residents.

Description

As a nurse at the Kardinal-von-Galen-Haus, you will be responsible for the care and support of people with severe multiple disabilities.
  • Accompanying the residents in their daily lives

  • Assisting with healthcare

  • Promoting residents' everyday skills

  • Ensuring safety and well-being

  • Close collaboration with therapists and doctors

  • Providing dignified palliative care in cooperation with the hospice association

  • Being part of a familial and supportive team

Requirements

  • Completed training as a nurse or comparable qualification

  • Professional competence and willingness to learn in working with people with severe multiple disabilities

  • High level of empathy, resilience, and humour

  • Open to palliative care and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • The courage to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility

  • Willingness for shift and weekend work

  • Driving licence class B

Required driving license

  • Car (B, BF17, BE)
