Your Responsibilities

• Conducting individual sessions (online)
  

• Building a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients
  

• Providing individual support on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, grief, ADHD, etc.
  

• Documenting and structuring session plans
  

• Optional participation in group sessions, video content, or in-house training
  

What You Should Bring

• Completed or ongoing training in one of the following areas (optional, not mandatory): alternative psychotherapy practitioner, psychology, coaching, therapy, social education, life coaching, or similar
  

• An authentic, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude
  

• Independent, structured working style and good communication skills
  

• Discipline, determination, and perseverance
  

• The ability to remain calm, clear, and stabilizing even in challenging moments
  

• A willingness to learn and a desire to grow personally and professionally

• The training costs are fully pre-financed by Light of Hope and then fairly and transparently offset through salary – so there are no upfront payments and no financial risk for you.
