Security Personnel (m/w/d) Front Desk Service

The UGL Group is a family-owned company specialising in security and facility management. We have been operating across Germany for over 25 years. Currently, approximately 1,200 people are employed with us.

We are looking for a security and reception team member at our Homburg location, in full-time. The position is permanent and available immediately.

• You will work at the reception and front desk

• You will open and close and conduct security rounds

• You will monitor the security systems

• You will assist visitors

• You will work in 8-hour shifts (Mon-Fri) and 12-hour shifts (Sat-Sun)

• You have a training certificate according to § 34a GewO (mandatory)

• You have a clean police record (mandatory)

• You have good computer skills

• You enjoy working in rotating shifts

• English skills are advantageous

• A car is beneficial to reach the site

• Additional training or experience in security, such as first aid, fire safety or evacuation procedures, is beneficial

💶 Pay according to tariff: €15.14 per hour with training according to § 34a GewO, up to €16.98 per hour with professional competence examination (GSSK) – new rates from 2027 starting at €15.70 per hour
