Description

  • Welcoming and assisting guests for stadium tours

  • Selling tickets for stadium tours

  • Operating the daily cash register and end-of-day cash reconciliation

  • Recording visitor numbers

  • Assisting in technical and organisational processes

  • Representing Borussia Dortmund and SIGNAL IDUNA PARK

Requirements

  • Current student at a university or college

  • Initial experience in event management or sales is beneficial

  • Friendly and confident interaction with fans

  • High flexibility and willingness to work on match days, weekends, and evenings

  • Proficient communication in German and English

  • Genuine and warm demeanour

  • A passion for Borussia Dortmund
