Intro
The Youth Office of the City of Stuttgart has over 4,500 employees and, as the largest provider of public youth services, operates various age and operational forms of around 185 day-care facilities for children. In our day-care facilities, we work according to the educational concept "Einstein in der Kita". A total of 74 Einstein day-care centres participate in the federal programme "Language Day-Care Centres". Additionally, 12 Einstein day-care centres are children's and family centres.
Description
You design the educational framework within which children can fulfil their potential.
You contribute to shaping the day-care centre as a living space for children.
You support children in all developmental tasks, bringing your own focus areas into play.
You are responsible for implementing the educational concept "Einstein in the Kita".
Designing the environment based on the children's interests is also part of your duties.
Requirements
Child care worker with foreign qualification and a decision from the Stuttgart Regional Council regarding partial recognition as a child care worker/social pedagogical assistant.
Very good German language skills.
Motivation to work and live in Germany.
