Europcar Mobility Group is a leading car rental service offering attractive alternatives to car ownership. For our location in Lubeck, we are looking for you as a customer advisor or salesperson in part-time (25 hours per week), permanent position. Career changers are also warmly welcome!
Description
Advise customers and sell additional services such as insurance or upgrades
Rent out our exclusive vehicle fleet
Handle vehicle scheduling, contract creation, and cash management
Work closely with the station team
Requirements
Passion for cars and enjoyment in interacting with people
Initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or car rental is advantageous
Fluency in German and basic English skills (or willingness to acquire them)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays
Required driving license
- Car (B, BF17, BE)
