Your Tasks in the Team:

• Is the grill assembled?

• Are enough top-quality steaks laid out? Vegetables prepared?

• Then it's time to start preparing the side dishes and grilling the perfect steaks for our many regular guests.

• Work hand in hand with your colleagues (m/f/d) in the open grill kitchen, finishing plate after plate—it's best together and more fun.

• Is the workspace tidy? Are our reliable standards adhered to?

• Have you checked the goods? Are the guidelines for food storage followed?

• Thorough cleaning is done overnight—this is not your responsibility.

We Expect from You:

• Cordiality, friendliness, and openness to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE.

• Good German language skills.

• Team spirit and flexibility.

• Ability to maintain overview—even with many guests.

• Experience in the hospitality industry or a culinary background.

• Career changers from the service sector are welcome.
