CNC Turner

Responsibilities

• Self-organised execution of setup tasks and arranging the workpieces to be processed
• Processing components according to CNC programs, adjusting and optimising with technical production documents
• Actively participating in improvement programmes
• Cleaning and maintaining the machine
• Independent handling of cranes, aerial work platforms, and lifting equipment
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining technician, precision mechanic, miller, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience desirable
• Proficiency in CNC programming and handling milling tools and their optimal use
• Experience with Siemens controls is desirable
• Resilience, quality awareness, independent and committed work approach, as well as flexibility
• Willingness to work in shifts (38 hours/week)
