Our client is a medium-sized, nationwide successful personnel services company. As part of succession planning, we are seeking a Branch Manager (m/f/d) with extensive experience in industrial and technical staffing.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and leading your branch with a focus on results.
• Your commitment ensures the organisation of the branch and workflow efficiency.
• You manage sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the branch's development by acquiring open positions and winning new clients.
• With passion and initiative, you build your team and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training (commercial or industrial).
• You have extensive experience in the personnel services industry and enjoy sales.
• You impress as a networker with your open and communicative manner, bringing your goal-oriented working style to the team.
