The Kardinal Schulte Haus, a modern conference centre of the Archdiocese of Cologne, featuring 158 comfortable rooms, 24 professionally equipped conference rooms, restaurants, pubs, a bowling alley, and a fitness room, is looking for you to join our motivated team from 01.02.2027 as a:

Hotel Clerk m/f/d (Trainee)

• 39-hour work week

We expect from you:

• At least a very good secondary school certificate *excellent command of the German language in spoken and written form (at least C1 according to the European framework)
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in working as a team and delighting our guests daily with friendly and attentive service
• Absolute reliability and commitment, as work is required not only during the week but also on weekends (5-day work week)
• Resilience, coupled with the willingness to actively support the Kardinal Schulte Haus team even during particularly busy periods
• Cleanliness and adherence to hygiene guidelines
• Willingness for a personal interview at the Kardinal Schulte Haus and a short trial internship (2-5 days)
• Minimum age of 16 years at the start of training
