Across two locations, EDEKA Simonis serves customers across a total of 4,400 m². You support the store management in everyday tasks, manage your own product areas, and supervise staff. Through training, seminars, and career advancement programmes, you can develop professionally and personally.

• Business Operations: Together with the store management, you are responsible for smooth store operations

• Leadership with Heart: You work closely with store management and support them in their daily tasks

• Creative Product Presentation: You independently manage your product areas and contribute to optimisation

• Staff Planning: Your role includes guiding and supervising employees

• Accounting: You handle cash accounting and prepare the final report

• Education: You have completed commercial training and have leadership experience in food retail

• Experience and Knowledge: You possess knowledge and experience in merchandising and personnel management
