We are a subsidiary of EDEKA Südwest, one of the most successful companies in German food retail. For our location in Rheinstetten, we are looking for a Butcher/Meat Processor with Leadership Responsibilities, Flexible Location (m/w/d).

• You will be deployed in the greater Stuttgart area or the Rhine/Main region.
  
  Leadership Tasks: Acting as a deputy for the department head in the meat and sausage section of retail.
  
  Employee Support: Assisting the butcher department during staff shortages/holiday cover.
  
  Employee Training: Providing training for employees in the butcher section.
  
  Assistance: Supporting specialized consultations.
  

• Education: Completed training in butchery or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and further training.
  
  Experience: Professional experience in selling meat and sausage products.
  
  Work Locations: Deployment in various sales areas in the greater Stuttgart or Rhine/Main area.
  
  Knowledge: Knowledge of business management.
  
  Working Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a confident and friendly manner.
  
  Personal Strengths: Creativity, assertiveness, communication skills, and flexibility.
  
  Mobility: High willingness to travel.
