Body Mechanic/Paint Technician (f/m/d)

We are expanding! Our Retail Quality Team is responsible for the technical partner network at Autohero. As a Body Mechanic/Paint Technician (f/m/d), you ensure the quality standards of our vehicle reconditioning alongside damage assessments, cost estimates, and remote diagnoses. You are a competent contact for technical questions related to our vehicles and work closely with our teams.

• Be responsible for approving repair orders for our vehicles 

• Utilise your passion for vehicles to reliably identify and assess damage on used cars

• Take responsibility for administrative tasks such as handling customer complaints

• Create calculations with parts documentation using the logistics programme and ensure the quality assurance and control of the data to be evaluated

• Provide technical support to our partner workshops and our own refurbishment centres

• Significantly contribute to optimising our vehicle reconditioning processes and develop further processes and standards

• Automotive background and commercial training, as well as initial practical experience in office or sales

• Experience in cost calculation and damage assessment or similar tools 

• Structured, independent, and team-oriented work approach

• Excellent German language skills, basic knowledge of English, and familiarity with standard software applications (such as Microsoft Office)

• Flexible and quick comprehension skills and willingness to work at flexible locations
