Your tasks:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform “your” restaurant into the social hub of your area every day

• You are jointly responsible for all operational processes, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource use, and implementing our service philosophy

We expect from you:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, restaurant specialist, or hotel specialist

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the catering industry and initial leadership experience are required

• A friendly, approachable personality with a strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and a high level of commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
