SAP Module Manager (m/w/d)

At AOK Niedersachsen, a diverse group of people work together for the health of our members. We are looking for someone to manage the SAP module oscare® Customer Management in our Applications and Service Desk section in Hannover.

• Manage and further develop the SAP module oscare® Customer Management

• Adapt systems to ensure optimal use

• Advise departments and users on content, functions, and master data

• Implement individual requirements in the system, for instance through customisation

• Act as a link between the departments of AOK Niedersachsen and the IT service provider

• Analyse and resolve issues, disruptions, and weaknesses in 2nd and 3rd-level support

• Create error reports for the SAP service provider

• Plan and coordinate workflows

• Document solutions for all support levels

• Ensure the quality of applications

• Review new or changed requirements

• Completed degree in computer science or a related field

• Alternatively, completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualification

• If trained: at least 2 years relevant work experience

• Experience with SAP oscare® implementation projects is advantageous

• Experience with customisation and testing procedures of SAP products is beneficial

• Proficient German skills, at least C1 level

• Able to explain complex technical topics clearly

💶 A salary between 62,200 EUR and 74,000 EUR, depending on experience
