Digital Workplace Consultant (m/f/d)

• You provide consultation and technical implementation in the Modern Workplace sector, focusing on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.

• You guide infrastructure and security projects as a technical advisor within our Trusted-Leader modules for Workplace and Infrastructure.

• You manage IT projects end-to-end, from analysis through implementation to a seamless go-live.

• You incorporate AI into customer projects, for example, using amaiko.ai, Microsoft Copilot, and the Power Platform.

• You conduct workshops and enablement sessions on M365, Digital Work, and AI readiness.

• You act as the technical interface between the customer and the PASSION4IT team, ensuring that topics are not only planned but also delivered.

• You work closely with clients, translating their requirements into actionable technical solutions.

• You are proactive, hands-on, and ensure projects are delivered reliably.

• You are well-versed in areas like Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and modern workplace architecture.

• You bring solid knowledge in infrastructure and security.

• You have project experience in mid-sized businesses and know how to work confidently with different stakeholders.

• You are AI-inclined, curious, and utilise modern tools in your daily life.

• Experience with amaiko.ai or similar AI assistants in a corporate context is a plus.

• You work solution-oriented, structured, and reliably.

• You are not just a strategy consultant; you're a consultant who also implements.

• You can explain complex topics clearly without making them unnecessarily complicated.
