Description
Lead and guide the SHK team professionally
Support with technical questions in daily work
Organise and coordinate work on construction sites and in customer service
Plan, accompany, and monitor modernisations in residential buildings
Conduct and oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing
Care for and service heating systems
Plan materials and liaise with suppliers
Communicate with tenants and project participants on site
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning technology or similar training in the SHK sector
Independent, committed work ethic
Willingness to work and skillfulness
Thorough craftsmanship knowledge and high competence
Organisational skills
Good manners
Flexibility, prudence, and reliability
Required driving license
- Car (B, BF17, BE)
