MIETHKE is a medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. We develop and manufacture specialised implants for neurosurgery – for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with hydrocephalus. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with organisational talent and a passion for communication to join our sales support team.
Description
Provide support to national and international clients in internal sales – from offer creation to dunning processes
Create and manage customs and trade documents and maintain data in the ERP system
Prepare evaluations and analyse key figures
Engage closely with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Collaborate with other departments and contribute to projects
Identify potential improvements in processes and offer new ideas
Requirements
A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. commercial training with relevant experience
Initial experience in customer relations, internal sales, or a similar field, as well as knowledge of ERP systems
Familiarity with customs and trade documents is an advantage
Interest in the analysis of customer and market data
An open, communicative personality who enjoys interaction
