For our Rheinstetten location, we are seeking a Butcher/Meat Processor Production (m/f/d) Day Shift/Early Shift.
Description
Preparation: You are responsible for providing raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies.
Sausage Production: You produce raw, cooked, and boiled sausages, and are responsible for cutting, filling, smoking, and cooking.
Meat Production: You are responsible for producing meat products, including cutting meat pieces according to specific guidelines.
Quality Control: You handle the selection and assessment of processing materials and prime cuts.
Compliance: You adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Training: Completed training as a butcher/meat processor or relevant work experience
Industries: Experience in food retail/production/butchery/gastronomy/hospitality
Approach to Work: Understanding of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness; careful and independent team work
Working Hours: 5-day week with regular working hours (no night shift)
Language Skills: Good knowledge of German is an advantage
