Social Worker / Social Educator

We are looking for a Social Educator (m/f/d) in full or part-time for our branches in Berlin to start immediately. ________________________________________

What to expect:
You will be responsible for the socio-educational support of our young participants. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist our participants in successfully completing their vocational training. ________________________________________

Your tasks:

• Determining the socio-educational support needs of the participants
• Networking with clients, local businesses, and support facilities
• Organising and conducting group offerings on socio-educational topics
• Documenting and agreeing on goals with participants
• Providing timely performance and behaviour evaluations

What we expect:

• You have completed studies in social education or social work, or related fields such as remedial, rehabilitation, or special education (Bachelor, Diploma, Master)
• **Alternatively, **you are an educator with a relevant additional qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the vocational education sector.
