Production Operator (m/f/d)

Sartorius develops technologies to help bring new medications to people faster. For our campus in Göttingen, we are seeking four Production Operators to work on assembly and ensure smooth production processes.

As a Production Operator at Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for manufacturing products according to set standards.

• Assembling complex mechanical and electronic components

• Meeting specified production quantities as directed by the shift or team lead

• Working with production documents, such as drawings and bills of materials

• Quality control during production

• Adhering to all safety regulations when handling equipment, tools, and working with colleagues

• Careful documentation of production data

• Reporting important information to the shift or team lead

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in your work area

• Relevant vocational training or several years of professional experience

• Basic knowledge of materials, products, equipment, and production processes

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Confident in reading and understanding simple calculations and measurements

• Strong understanding of quality and safety

• Structured and punctual reporting to the shift or team lead

• Team spirit, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work in a two-shift pattern with early and late shifts
