Maintenance Staff (m/w/d)

• You ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of the properties and facilities of AOK Niedersachsen.
  

• You independently handle fault reports from the facility help desk and deficiencies from health and safety inspections in collaboration with other departments.
  

• You conduct tenders and commissions for repairs and maintenance according to legal guidelines.
  

• You assess the lifecycle of technical facilities, perform risk assessments, and plan their maintenance or replacement.
  

• You coordinate structural and technical repair measures at our locations.
  

• You have completed a degree in real estate or facility management, or a related qualification.
  

• Ideally, you bring several years of practical experience in the relevant field.
  

• You possess knowledge in construction technology and business management.
  

• You are familiar with the SAP MM module.
  

• You have a command of the German language at B2/C1 level.
