Your Responsibilities • You'll support your branch manager with all topics related to the professional leadership, organisation, and motivation of your branch team of 20-40 employees • Optimising backstage processes isn't all you'll do; you'll also get hands-on 'on the floor' • You'll manage ordering and stocktaking and deputise for the branch manager in their absence • Together with your team, you'll ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a well-kept branch, and provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers

Your Profile • Experience in retail or a comparable sector with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others • Strong decision-making and results-oriented skills • Willingness to work in flexible shift patterns
