Intro
In this role, you will coordinate the Urban Surveying Task Group. You will work in cadastral and engineering surveying and support the city administration with significant projects.
Description
Lead all tasks within the task group.
Develop work processes and assist in the further development of the task group.
Provide expert advice to clients on complex projects.
Coordinate cadastral and engineering surveys both in the office and in the field.
Independently conduct and process surveys as needed.
Review survey results.
Requirements
Successfully completed preparatory service for career group 2, entry-level technical services branch, geodesy and geoinformation.
Extensive knowledge of Lower Saxony cadastral and registry law.
Good knowledge of administrative and cost law, e.g., NVermG and Real Estate Ordinance.
Good knowledge of technical regulations, e.g., HOAI and DIN.
Experience in independently working in cadastral and engineering surveying.
Excellent oral and written German skills.
Independent working style.
