Your responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform 'your' restaurant into the social centre of your community daily.

• You are responsible for all operational processes, maintaining high quality standards, ensuring efficient and sustainable use of resources, and implementing our service philosophy.

We expect from you:

• Completed training in gastronomy, hospitality, or system catering

• Several years of leadership and professional experience in gastronomy

• A strong hosting mentality and service orientation

• Entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit

• Fluent German and good English skills
