Start as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) full-time

Description
You take customer orders over the phone.
You enter the order details into our system.
You advise customers on questions about medical and special trips.
You handle advance bookings.
You are the main contact for drivers and business owners.
Requirements
You are reliable, enjoy working in a team, and are friendly.
You enjoy speaking with people, are a good listener, and think about customers' needs.
You speak and write German at least at B2 level.
No previous experience is required.
