This position is responsible for cleaning municipal buildings.

Regular cleaning in municipal properties, especially in schools
Cleaning times generally on school days outside of school hours in the late afternoon and evening
Cleaning according to a set plan
Exceptions include intensive cleaning and dust removal during or at the end of holidays
Locking the premises after cleaning and possibly activating alarm systems

Professional experience in building cleaning
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, with appropriate manners
Adequate German language skills for handling hazardous materials and agreements
Flexibility and resilience
Willingness to participate in training
