Description
Inspecting laundry nodes and maintaining regular contact with stations and departments
Checking incoming goods and deliveries
Evaluating the quality and condition of textiles
Comparing delivery notes with the order, quantity, and items
Organising missing or additional deliveries
Acting as a contact person for laundry suppliers and stations/departments with questions
Receiving and inspecting complaints
Forwarding complaints to the textile officer
Compiling statistics and reports
Deployments at Campus Charité Mitte and, if needed, at Campus Virchow-Klinikum
Requirements
Professional experience in textiles, laundry, or housekeeping is desirable
Neat appearance
Friendly and service-oriented behaviour
Physical resilience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good command of German, both spoken and written
Careful, precise, and independent working style
Enjoy working in a team
Proof of measles protection or immunity for those born after 1970
