Menarini GmbH is looking for you as a Project Manager Business Solutions SAP SD in Berlin, full-time and permanent, with a hybrid work model.

• Lead international IT projects using clear methodologies

• Drive the SAP solution, especially the SD module, and support system integrators

• Manage the demand management process from request to implementation

• Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions and mediate between business units and IT

• Adjust global business processes and systems

• Build connections between departments and countries and manage high-impact projects

• Plan, develop, and enhance IT applications and evaluate new technologies

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT role within a complex organization

• Experience in the SAP field, especially in the SD module

• Experience as a Template Responsible & Scenario Owner is advantageous

• A penchant for tackling complex challenges

• Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

• Fluent in English with advanced German skills

• Knowledge of project or change management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a bonus – otherwise, we are happy to provide training
