Customer Advisor / Salesperson (m/f/d) Car Rental – Open to Career Changers

Do you enjoy working with people and are interested in cars and mobility? At Europcar, you assist customers with vehicle rentals and ensure a friendly and professional service.

You will receive comprehensive training and learn everything you need to get started. There are no barriers for you to begin as a career changer in car rental! 

• Renting out the vehicle fleet to customers

• Advising and selling additional services

• Support with administrative tasks, such as vehicle disposition and cash management

• Collaboration with the team in daily operations

• Working in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Providing friendly customer service on-site

• Enjoy interacting with customers and presenting a friendly demeanour

• Ideally, some experience in sales, hospitality, catering, retail or a similar field

• Fluent German language skills

• Basic English skills or willingness to learn

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Interest in cars and mobility
