To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Mixing Plant Supervisor (m/f/d) - (Plant Operator / Process Mechanic).

Description

Your Responsibilities – How You Can Contribute to Our Team

  • Operating, controlling, and monitoring mixing and production plants

  • Producing concrete and prefabricated mixtures according to specified formulas

  • Inspecting raw materials, quantities, and production parameters

  • Ensuring product quality through continuous testing

  • Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the equipment

  • Documenting production processes and material consumption

  • Collaborating with the team, warehouse and logistics for smooth production flow

Requirements

Your Profile – What You Bring: Skills & Personality

  • Completed training as a process mechanic, plant operator or similar qualification

  • Work experience in concrete, construction material, or mixing technology is an advantage

  • Technical understanding and experience in plant control

  • Meticulous, structured, and independent working style

  • Team spirit, responsibility, and quality awareness

  • Willingness to work shifts
