To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Mixing Plant Supervisor (m/f/d) - (Plant Operator / Process Mechanic).
Description
Your Responsibilities – How You Can Contribute to Our Team
Operating, controlling, and monitoring mixing and production plants
Producing concrete and prefabricated mixtures according to specified formulas
Inspecting raw materials, quantities, and production parameters
Ensuring product quality through continuous testing
Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the equipment
Documenting production processes and material consumption
Collaborating with the team, warehouse and logistics for smooth production flow
Requirements
Your Profile – What You Bring: Skills & Personality
Completed training as a process mechanic, plant operator or similar qualification
Work experience in concrete, construction material, or mixing technology is an advantage
Technical understanding and experience in plant control
Meticulous, structured, and independent working style
Team spirit, responsibility, and quality awareness
