Responsibilities
The Press and Public Relations, Communication Department is responsible for all internal and external communication of the German Pension Insurance Fund (DRV Bund). The Internal Communication section manages organization-wide communication to DRV Bund employees. It publishes the employee magazine BUNT and oversees the intranet offerings.
Tasks
Create target group-specific and media-appropriate content, including content management and maintaining the intranet offerings.
Develop and implement content strategies and create communication concepts for employee communication.
Provide advice and support to specialist areas in the target group-specific development of content and messages, ensuring a uniform language.
Further develop formats, manage themes, and prepare specific topics, particularly for our intranet.
Editorial support for the employee magazine.
Provide communicative support for organization-wide or cross-departmental projects, and participate in project and working groups.
Profile
Successfully completed higher education (Diploma/FH, Bachelor, or equivalent) with a focus on communication or in the fields of journalism/online journalism, marketing, information design, or similar disciplines.
Several years of practical experience in internal communication.
Proficiency in advising various stakeholders and creating suitable communication concepts for internal communication distinguishes you.
Your ability to present information clearly, appealingly, and across different media is a strength.
Ideally, up-to-date knowledge in the creation and design of (online) publications, within the last 36 months.
Exceptional German language skills (spelling, grammar, style) with the ability to tailor messages to different target groups.
Particular reliability and integrity.
