Trainee Office Administrator in Healthcare (m/w/d)

This position offers a comprehensive introduction to the practice of the profession. You will have the opportunity to gain direct experience and acquire practical skills.

• Provide competent advice to hospitals, doctors, and medical professionals

• Assess medical matters

• Engage in various AOK areas such as prevention and care management, hospital management, and health promotion

• Regular training sessions at the AOK education centre and in your region

• Secondary school leaving certificate or (specialised) A-levels at the start of the training

• Good analytical thinking in our online test

• Commitment and sense of responsibility with new tasks

• Openness to teamwork and excellent communication skills

🏢 After the training, you will receive a secure career perspective with a permanent employment contract at a major employer in the healthcare sector with approximately 7,400 employees.

💶 Alongside an above-average training allowance of up to €1,484.00 in the third year, we offer various social benefits such as a company pension scheme as well as Christmas and holiday bonuses. Your starting salary after the training is approximately €46,000 per year.

🕒 We provide flexible working hours, mobile work (20% of work time), and 30 vacation days, along with additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
