Your Responsibilities

• Conducting individual sessions (online)

• Building a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients

• Providing individual support for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, grief, ADHD, and more

• Documenting and planning session progress in a structured manner

• Optional participation in group sessions, video content, or internal training sessions

What You Should Bring

• Completed or ongoing training in one of the following areas (optional, not mandatory): Non-medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy, Psychology, Coaching, Therapy, Social Work, Life Coaching, etc.

• The ability to remain calm, clear, and stabilising even in challenging moments

This thoroughly prepares you to successfully pass the exam.
  

• Training costs are fully pre-financed by Light of Hope and subsequently fairly and transparently offset against your salary internally – so you incur no upfront payments and no financial risk.
