As a Project Manager – Media Technology, you oversee global broadcast, media, and internal projects. You work with internal experts, consultants, and system architects to tackle the challenges of highly complex technical projects that require your management skills. As an organisational talent and team player, you keep track of deadlines, milestones, and budget, coordinating regularly with your team, clients, and external service providers. Description

  • Project management, monitoring, and documentation of technological transformation and infrastructure projects in the media, IT, and entertainment sectors

  • Defining and achieving project objectives concerning time, cost, and quality

  • Responsible for project communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

  • Commercial and organisational processing in collaboration with sales and technical/system integration

  • Assembling and leading project teams and external personnel

  • Maintaining and operating the project management software (BlueAnt) and ERP system AP+ for reporting purposes

  • Creation, updating, publication, and filing of project-related documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

Requirements

  • We seek applicants with excellent proficiency in German, English, and French for this position.

  • A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification

  • Knowledge in (agile) project management and proven extensive experience with technology projects

  • Certifications in project management (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desirable

  • Familiarity with PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL

  • VOB knowledge is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation, and presentation confidence

  • Proficient use of project management software (such as MS Project) and office applications

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

  • Excellent proficiency in German, English, and French
