Description
Analysis of business processes and requirements for software solutions in international IT projects
Managing demand requirements from initial request to final solution
Translating business requirements into suitable IT solutions
Collaboration between departments and technical teams
Support in harmonising global business processes and systems
Advising stakeholders on new technologies and optimisation opportunities
Coordination of IT projects impacting various regions and countries
Supporting departments with IT application queries
Managing the product lifecycle of business applications
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role or business consultancy
Initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors is advantageous
Experience in implementing new software solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA, is desirable
Enjoy solving complex challenges
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
Proficient English skills and advanced German skills
Knowledge of project or change management methods such as Scrum or PMP is beneficial
