Join AOK Niedersachsen and support the Postal and Courier Services division. In this position, you ensure smooth operations, coordinate services, and help continuously improve processes.
Description
You manage and coordinate postal and courier services in daily operations
Close collaboration with regional units is part of your daily work
You check, process, and monitor the services provided
You handle order requests, invoice checks, and quantity reconciliations
Complaints are processed and tracked by you
You analyse and further develop processes
You assist in implementing new or adjusted procedures in operational areas
You plan requirements and prepare decision-making foundations
You participate in tenders and contracts for postal and courier services
You regularly create and maintain process documentation
You evaluate complaint data
You actively support workshops, working groups, and technical coordination
Requirements
Completed commercial training is required
Alternatively, training as a clerk for courier, express, and postal services
Several years of professional experience in the respective field
Experience in contract management
Proficient in controlling, order processing, logistics, and coordination
German language skills at least at B2/C1 level
