Intro
Do you want your work to help ensure that new medications reach patients faster? At Sartorius, you will work in an international Life Science company supporting the introduction of new technologies in production.
Description
Planning, implementation, qualification, and validation of new equipment and facilities in production
Conducting internal training on new equipment and facilities
Supporting continuous process improvement
Creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) both locally and globally
Analysing errors and identifying causes of malfunctions
Meticulous and comprehensive documentation of work
Participation in international projects
Requirements
A successfully completed technical Bachelor's degree with a focus on Life Science (e.g. Biopharmaceutical Technology)
Initial professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in Life Science
Practical experience in process or equipment qualification and validation
Strong knowledge of industrial processes
Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills to engage stakeholders
High flexibility, solution orientation, and resilience in troubleshooting
Fluent in German and English with a low willingness to travel
