MDM Administrator (m/f/d)

Borussia Dortmund is a globally renowned football club and a company with over 900 employees. We are seeking someone to support the Servers & Infrastructure team in managing devices and digital systems.

• Participate in the administration and development of Microsoft Intune

• Manage and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices

• Develop and maintain policies

• Create and analyse reports

• Involve in security-related topics in device management

• Contribute to creating and maintaining concepts and technical documentation in Confluence

• Provide 2nd-level support, such as error analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation in Jira

• Assist with the administration of the monitoring solution Checkmk

• Completed technical degree with a focus on IT, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification

• In-depth knowledge of common endpoint operating systems

• Independent, structured, and proactive work approach

• High flexibility and willingness to work on match days

• Open communication and enjoyment of teamwork

• Confident and friendly demeanour towards internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
