Compliance Management Consultant (m/f/d)

Borussia Dortmund is not just a well-known football club, but also a large company with over 900 employees. Support is sought in the area of Compliance Management for the Compliance & Risk Management, ICS, and Internal Audit department.

• Support the Compliance Officers in compliance management and the Internal Control System (ICS)

• Maintain and further develop the compliance management system and the compliance scorecard

• Record and monitor compliance incidents

• Conduct compliance checks and audits

• Create, revise, and manage compliance guidelines as well as work and procedural instructions

• Coordinate with various departments on new legal and regulatory requirements

• Introduce and maintain process standards and checklists throughout the group

• Identify, assess, and document compliance risks

• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, such as for ISO certifications

• Completed degree in law, business law or business administration, or a comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in compliance management, ideally in an auditing firm or corporation

• Practical experience with compliance guidelines and compliance checks

• Knowledge of key compliance topics, ideally in corruption prevention, whistleblower protection, liability and organisational duties

• Ideally, initial practical experience with compliance management systems

• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of complex relationships

• Responsible, meticulous, structured, and independent working style

• Confident and friendly interaction with internal and external contacts

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
