Customer Advisor / Salesperson (m/f/d) Car Rental – Open to Career Changers

Do you enjoy working with people and have an interest in cars and mobility? At Europcar, you will assist customers with car rentals and ensure a friendly and professional service.

• Renting out the vehicle fleet to customers

• Advising and selling additional services

• Supporting with administrative tasks, such as vehicle allocation and cash management

• Collaborating with the team in daily operations

• Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Providing friendly on-site customer service

• Enjoy interacting with customers and have a friendly demeanour

• Ideally, some experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or a similar field

• Fluent German skills

• Basic English skills or willingness to learn

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

• Interest in cars and mobility
