Commercial Specialist

Your Tasks

• Daily revenue preparation from the cash register system, resolving discrepancies, and their reconciliation in our gastronomy business
• Recording, checking, and evaluating vouchers and their allocation to our daily revenues
• Supporting inventory reconciliations for goods received/dispatched and transfers within the merchandise management system and invoice verification
• Assisting in inventory preparation, supervision, and evaluation
• Preparatory activities for setting up and maintaining article and supplier master data in the merchandise management and POS system
• Support in preparing analyses, such as guest frequency for gastronomy management
• Close collaboration with the accounting team and our gastronomy and warehouse staff

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training and initial work experience or enrolled student with a relevant field of study
• Initial experience with merchandise management/POS systems preferred (e.g., Vectron or Orgasoft)
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Aptitude for numbers, controlling, and data structures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work style, focused on goals and quality
• Ability to work as part of a team
