What to Expect

• Analyse the business requirements of our clients and assess their technical feasibility, taking into account relevant dependencies and interactions.
• Model insurance products in our core system and ensure their accurate representation.
• Create well-founded business concepts and contribute your expertise to the further development of our solutions.
• Actively support the technical implementation of defined requirements and collaborate closely with the involved teams.
• Serve as a central interface between business units and IT, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Your responsibilities range from the further development of existing inventory, claim, and sales systems to designing innovative digital AI solutions for insurance products.

What You Bring

• A degree in economics, ideally with a focus on insurance, or completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) – alternatively, a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, with an understanding of the sector's business context.
• A desire to contribute your expertise and explore new professional and personal development opportunities in a challenging environment.
• A dedicated team player with strong communication skills, able to convey complex matters clearly and understandably.
• You are characterised by empathy, reliability, and a self-reliant and structured work style.
• Identifying optimisation potential, taking proactive actions, and demonstrating a strong result orientation.
