We're immediately seeking a Nurse for Residential Care (m/f/d) at our Nursing Home Haus Zoffingen in Konstanz, with a role scope of 50%-100%.
Haus Zoffingen is located quietly and centrally in the historic centre of Konstanz, offering 90 residential care places, 15 short-term care places, and 15 day care places, providing a diverse range of services. Description
Basic and treatment care according to current standards
Preparation and administration of medication
Documentation and implementation of care processes
Advising and supporting relatives
Independent and responsible teamwork
Collaboration with doctors, therapists, wound care specialists, and the hospice association
Requirements
Completed training as a Geriatric Nurse, Healthcare and Nursing Specialist, Nursing Specialist, or Nurse (m/f/d)
Professional, structured, and reliable working style
Proficient use of common office software (e.g., MS Office)
Willingness for professional and personal development
