We're looking for you to join Europcar Mobility Group in Bielefeld as a Customer Advisor and Salesperson in our car rental on a full-time basis.
In this role, you'll advise customers, sell additional services, and work with a modern vehicle fleet.
Description
Rental of the vehicle fleet
Advising customers
Selling additional services
Organising vehicles and managing the cash desk
Collaborating with the team
Working early and late shifts
Weekend and holiday work as planned
Requirements
Enjoy working with customers
Friendly demeanour
Initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, or retail is beneficial
Fluent German skills
Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Interest in cars
Required driving license
