Your tasks:
• Technical and organisational leadership of stage and event crews
• Coordination and assignment of the crew on site
• Management of setup and teardown of stage, lighting, sound, and rigging equipment
• Point of contact for production, technical staff, and organisers
• Ensuring schedules, quality, and work safety
• Active involvement in daily operations
Your qualifications:
• Several years of experience in stage, event or production sectors
• Experience as a crew chief, team leader or foreman desirable
• Technical understanding of event technology
• Assertiveness and organisational talent
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Professional demeanor even under time pressure
